Friday Nov 29 - Computers

In class we've been learning about how to make connections while we are reading to help us better understand the story.

Practice making connections to yourself, other texts and the world by playing the Connections Game.
I love anchor charts! I think they are super helpful and they make certain concepts easier for children to understand, especially if they are visual learners. It is important for students to make personal connections while they're reading. Also by making connections, writing can be tied into reading.

TUMBLE BOOKS

Here is the link to Tumble Books so you can do some reading online at home. To listen and read along, click the READ-ALONG link.
